Amylovie's Nuttin' but Knittin'
I thought this would be a neat way to keep track of my knitting conquest and failures. I may also post a few thoughts I have. Who knows!
About Me
- Name: amylovie
- Location: Katy, Texas, United States
I am a yarn store owner who detests dowdy knits. Knitting can be fashionable, darn it! You can look good in the things that you wear. I'll prove it to you.

Nice! You always pick such great yarn. I can't wait to see the X-back -- I really liked your color choice for that, too!
Enjoy knitting with the Lion and Lamb! I'll have to put it on my list of things to try someday.
oh, Amy, the Lion and Lamb is absolutely yummy! What a beautiful color-- I can't wait to see it after you've done it up as the Clapotis!
Can't believe you've finished the X-back already! (I did get the second sock done in time for Mother's Day, but that small victory is my only recent knitting feat!) I'm anxious to see it!
Hey girl - you will LOOOVE the Lion&Lamb. I almost made my clapotis in Vera(it is gorgeous!!) but used a color called "Irving Park" instead. Just a word of warning - I hate to tell you this, and please don't shoot the messenger - but you may need a fourth skein. I ran out of yarn with about 20 decreasing rows to go, and have heard lots of other people have had this problem :-(
but it seems they've put a correction to this on the patern's website.
