I thought this would be a neat way to keep track of my knitting conquest and failures. I may also post a few thoughts I have. Who knows!
I am a yarn store owner who detests dowdy knits. Knitting can be fashionable, darn it! You can look good in the things that you wear. I'll prove it to you.
One down, one to go. It took a long time, but I enjoyed the process. Think about doing 8.5" of 2x2 ribbing on size 1 needles. We're talking slow people. I'm putting the second half of the pair on hold until I'm finished with my Secret Pal's gift (hi Suzanne!). I promise I will not fall victim to SSS (second sock syndrome). I start it later this week.

Great color! Youare just becoming a whiz on the socks. Yeah for you! Yeah 2X2 can be slow but it's a good "mindless" and portable knit. Always nice to have one of those to carry around.
