Tilli Thomas

Sheryl read in one of our many retail books that you should buy at least one "stretch" item for your shop. Something that is a gamble. This is our "stretch" item. It is Disco Lights from Tilli Thomas. The yarn is 225 yds, worsted weight, 100% spun silk with tiny sequins. Can you see them sparkling in the sunlight? As you can imagine, it is pricey. But Lordy be me it is gorgeous!

Wow, that is lovely. I could see making a simple halter top for wearing out. In fact, I might just have to get some to make just that . . .

I hope it's not too pricey because I think I should buy some! It would be perfect to use in a gift for my sister. She loves sparkles and bright colors. I hope you'll have some fun project suggestions for me, so I have an excuse to buy it :)

It may be a stretch, but it's got sequins....and it's silk, and shiny, and lots of yards, and a good weight. How cool is that?
Awesome choice.

I saw some very similar yarn at a shop this weekend. It had little beads rather than sequins. It was lovely, but my oh my. The price sent me into shock.

Tell me about it!! I bought the Rock Star in Lime Zing while I was in Vegas. So yummy that it sits in the 'waiting for something special' basket!!

My LYS bought some on someone's recommendation and sold out! (We live pretty close to a really expensive area with either older people who have too much money to spend or rich housewives, though.) It is gorgeous!
